The finished seamless knitted product is produced by the sample master in the front process, who draws a picture on the computer according to the product design draft, selects the corresponding raw yarn according to the process requirements to make a complete computer program, and then inputs the computer program into the seamless machine. The machine makes semi-finished fabrics according to the program, then sends them to the dyeing plant for dyeing. After returning from dyeing, the cutting worker cuts the semi-finished fabrics according to the computer line, and finally enters the traditional stitching process.
The seamless machine is a cylinder machine, and the woven fabric is also a cylinder, so there is no seam. Simply put, the larger the cylinder, the larger the fabric circumference (such as making the body), and the smaller the cylinder, the smaller the circumference (such as making the sleeves). Of course, the size of the fabric also depends on the number of needles and the yarn count of the fabric. The cost is relatively lower than the ordinary process because it saves a lot of costs for manual cutting and stitching. However, the sleeves and body still need to be manually stitched, because only one cylinder can be produced at a time, and it cannot be produced while the cylinder is still on the machine.
Seamless knitting technology does not require or require very few stitching processes, and its products have the advantages of comfort, fit, fashion and variation. Only by optimizing the design concept, raw materials and technology, can the seamless product functionality be efficiently and effectively developed and the characteristics fully utilized.
